Job summary

Fidelity’s Trade Management Engineering (TME) group is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer in Merrimack, NH to design and deliver high-performance trading platform components. You will own critical paths, mentor teammates, and collaborate across squads to push latency and throughput improvements.

Candidates should have 8+ years in software design, expertise in Java, Spring, Python, Linux, and hands-on use of performance tools like JMeter.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of software design, development and performance testing experience.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Python, Linux.
Experience using performance harness tools like JMeter.
Willingness to mentor junior team members on engineering practices.
Familiarity with trading systems or brokerage technology is a plus.
Knowledge of FIX protocol is a plus.
