Job summary

Que Technology Group is seeking a motivated Principal Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy a production-ready BI and data warehousing environment using Python, Java, R, and AWS.

You will collaborate with mission stakeholders to capture requirements, build core dashboards, and implement scalable data pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps capabilities, including LLM optimization and secure AI integration. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency with object-oriented languages (Python, Java, and R) and cloud computing, data engineering, BI, and AI/ML operations, Jupyter Notebooks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy production-ready BI and data warehousing environments.
• Leverage Python, Java, R, and AWS to build analytics dashboards and data pipelines.
• Prototype and scale ML/AI workflows with Docker, Kubernetes, and end-to-end automation.
• Optimize LLM performance through prompt engineering and secure AI integration into analytics.
• Create APIs and BI analytics to fill knowledge gaps in user activities and data discovery.
