Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to lead delivery of complex business solutions on Palantir Foundry and AIP. You will work directly with operators to translate workflows into scalable, production-ready implementations, coding daily and guiding architecture.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering with hands-on Palantir Foundry experience, strong collaboration across vendors and internal teams, and comfort presenting to executives and technical staff.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of software engineering experience with a forward-deployed or customer-facing role.
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience (ontology, pipelines, Workshop, code repos) required.
• Experience leading technical delivery without direct people management authority.
• Experience in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery and guide architectural decisions.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready, maintainable and portable.
• Lead discussions with executives and technical teams.
