The Staff R&D Finance Analyst is an experienced individual contributor responsible for supporting financial planning, business analysis, reporting, and operational initiatives across GlobalFoundries' R&D organization. This role partners closely with R&D leadership, Finance, HR, and cross-functional business teams to provide financial insights, operational analysis, decision support, and process improvement recommendations that enable effective resource management and execution against organizational priorities. The position plays a key role in driving financial transparency, improving business processes, developing analytics and reporting capabilities, and supporting strategic initiatives across the R&D organization.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities. The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage analyses, reporting, projects, and cross-functional initiatives while partnering closely with business and finance stakeholders.
$72,000.00 - $144,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
