Job summary

Responsibilities include budgeting, SOP creation, design drawings, capacity planning, and hands-on troubleshooting, with strong emphasis on safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in an accredited engineering program.
• 3–5 years of water purification or related manufacturing experience.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage expense and capital budget plans for equipment.
• Lead projects and deliverables to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Drive continuous improvement of system operations and reliability.
• Provide day-to-day on-site support for operational issues and maintenance.
• Set direction to improve quality and reduce operating costs.
• Analyze utility systems operations and interpret quality data.
• Collaborate with SPC/PI tools, set control limits, troubleshoot issues.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to optimize equipment.
• Monitor system capacity and plan for future demand.
• Lead capital planning and SOP updates with the team.
