Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Military Customer Support & Services (MCSS) is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Engineer (CSE) for the F135 engine program, responsible for Source Data in support of F135 Joint Technical Data (JTD) engine manual creation and updates. The CSE will work closely with the engineering teams on Limits Development & Expansion activities and configuration updates (engineering changes) in support of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the F135 engine, for both Unit and Depot Maintenance levels. The CSE will also support incorporation of process improvement driven updates, based on customer feedback and sustainment knowledge, to continually improve the JTD.

Salary range: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. This range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This is an Onsite role. Employees will work primarily onsite. Commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. Candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations.
