Job summary

Zynga is seeking an outstanding Principal Experience Designer with deep knowledge of mobile game development, prototyping, and a proven ability to lead UX/UI across multiple game feature pods. You will work with the Art Director, Project Manager, and Creative Director to deliver beautiful, playable experiences that meet production goals and engage players.

You will oversee all phases of the UX / UI design process, from conceptual design to Unity implementation, and contribute to design systems,

Qualifications

• Experience in UX / UI design for mobile games or apps.
• Ability to create prototyping workflows in Figma and Unity.
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and game player psychology.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX / UI design across concept to implementation in Unity.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design docs.
• Develop Design Systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Apply UX principles to improve fun and engagement in games.
• Mentor other UI/UX staff and share methodologies across teams.
• Collaborate with Art Director, PM, and Creative Director to meet goals.
