Actively hiring for a Principal/Junior Partner level search professional experienced in Financial Officer searches.

Ideal Profile:

• 3+ years Executive Search experience
• Experience of recruiting for CFO / VP of FInance in to Private Equity
• $600k+ annual billings
• Experience of origination
• Up to $200k salary (DOE)
• 45% pay out on personal production
• Equity participation available
• $1M+ invested in tech and infrastructure
• Dedicated high-caliber research and delivery team
• Fully remote or office-based – collaborative culture
