Arcadis is seeking an experienced Principal Environmental Planning Project Manager to join our Gulf Coast team and lead environmental planning, permitting, siting, and project management efforts across Texas, the Gulf Coast, and surrounding regions. This position will focus on delivering high‑quality environmental consulting services across sectors including linear utilities, oil and gas, data centers, carbon capture and utilization/storage (CCUS), power generation, and renewable energies.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving growth through client development, managing client relationships, and overseeing project delivery. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams—including biologists, engineers, archaeologists, planners, and technical specialists—to successfully execute environmental projects and develop innovative solutions for clients. The role requires a seasoned professional with deep industry connections, knowledge, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
As Principal Environmental Planning Project Manager, you will manage complex environmental projects across sectors such as energy, data centers, CCUS, and renewable energy with a focus on environmental permitting, planning, regulatory compliance, and sustainability goals. You will drive innovation in methodologies and project delivery, develop permitting strategies, and manage regulatory processes to ensure successful project outcomes.
