We're looking for a bold, entrepreneurial partnerships leader to unlock new demand sources and revenue channels that expand Amazon's total addressable advertising market. The Enterprise Partnerships – Demand lead within the Ads Strategy / BD team is responsible for identifying, structuring, and scaling partnerships that bring new advertiser demand into Amazon's ecosystem. This includes third-party syndicated demand, local advertising, and emerging revenue channels. This individual will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from market mapping and opportunity identification through deal structuring, technical integration design, and scaled execution. The role focuses on partnerships that unlock previously untapped advertiser budgets—whether from new advertiser categories, programmatic demand aggregators, or innovative supply-side integrations—by securing inventory priority, preferential pricing, and monetization models that expand Amazon's advertising reach beyond its core advertiser base. The ideal candidate is a seasoned business development or partnerships executive who combines strategic vision with technical product fluency. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of advertising technology, demand aggregation, and marketplace economics. You bring deep understanding of demand-side dynamics, programmatic infrastructure, and the ability to identify whitespace opportunities and architect new partnership constructs that deliver measurable revenue impact at scale.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
