Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Principal Engineer Quality to own the program quality across the lifecycle of the program. You will develop and implement quality plans, establish baselines, and monitor supplier and manufacturing performance.

The Principle Quality Engineer supports a Program or Programs in a Program Quality Engineer role, based in Sunnyvale, CA, with responsibility for the overall program quality over the life‑cycle of the program.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate written and verbally in a team environment, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Projects, and Excel), and the ability to successfully engage with manufacturing and quality control personnel on the shop floor to provide solutions, coach, and mentor others in the use of Quality principles and practices.
Primary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
