Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Principal AEM Engineer to lead the technical delivery of our global digital platforms. You will drive hands‑on development across AEM, Edge Delivery Services, Analytics, Marketo and related technologies to deliver scalable, secure, high‑performing customer experiences across 100+ countries.

You will mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with architects and product owners to modernize waters.com with cloud services and performance optimizations,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Adobe Experience Manager development experience.
• Deep expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Sling Models, OSGi, Dispatcher.
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Experience implementing Adobe Edge Delivery Services and Universal Editor.
• Experience implementing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch solutions.
• Experience integrating Marketo forms, lead management, and marketing automation capabilities.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience with GitHub, Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Akamai CDN and website performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Accessibility (WCAG), and Core Web Vitals.
• Strong communication, mentoring, analytical, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities
