Vertiv is seeking a Principal Engineer, DC Power to design and deliver innovative DC power distribution solutions for data center environments. You will translate customer requirements into clear technical objectives and develop layouts for customers and leadership teams.

The role demands deep DC power knowledge, strong electronics understanding, and a proven track record in power systems design, with emphasis on safety, standards, and project leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in power systems design, preferably in data center environments.
• Expert knowledge of DC power distribution systems and architectures.
• Strong understanding of power electronics and conversion technologies.
• Familiarity with IEEE, NFPA, UL, NEC standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.

Job Summary: The Principal Engineer, DC Power is a position centered around developing innovative power distribution solutions for data center environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing efficient, reliable, and scalable DC power systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.

Requirements
