Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience with memory semantic fabrics and networking protocols (AXI, CHI, UALink, ESUN, Ethernet 802.3dj, UCIe, PCI-SIG).
• Experience with architecture and design of AI compute systems (OCI-MSA).
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with AI workflow agents like Antigravity and Claude.

Responsibilities

• Design co-packaged optical engines for scale-up/scale-out fabrics and extended memory with customers and internal teams.
• Translate customer interconnect specs into protocol requirements for silicon photonics interconnects.
• Architect and develop protocol stack layer specifications (application, transaction, data link, physical).
• Participate in SSO workgroups (UALink, ESUN, OCP, OIF, IEEE 802.3).
• Present technology and evangelize Ayar Labs through customer presentations and papers.
