The role focuses on driving qualification, deployment, and strategy for high-speed optical and copper interconnect solutions for next-generation platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, qualification methodologies, and deployment best practices, ensuring reliable, scalable connectivity across rack-to-rack deployments in large datacenters.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-speed networking, optical transceivers, cable tech, datacenter infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of optical and copper interconnect tech, including DAC, AEC, AOC, OSFP, QSFP-DD.
• Experience defining qualification strategies, interoperability requirements, and deployment guidelines for large-scale datacenters.

Responsibilities

• Drive L11-level qualification of optical transceivers, DACs, AECs and AOCs across deployments.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, architecture, suppliers and operations to ensure integration into Network L11 solutions.
• Perform system-level testing and root-cause analysis of connectivity issues involving cables and optics.
