Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced engineer to create, analyze and review test correlation data in a semiconductor environment. You will develop test process methods, establish SOPs and FMEA for test processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and enablement within schedules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field.
• 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the offered job or related IT/Electrical Engineering roles.
• Developing and utilizing test data analysis tools (C++, R code, WebData, Shiny) in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Semiconductor manufacturing tester control and production applications.
• Running and debugging tester, prober, and handler platforms in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Test program functionality and interaction with test equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing test process and capability.

Required Qualifications

• Education – Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field.

• Developing and utilizing test data analysis tools (C++, R code, WebData, Shiny) in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Semiconductor manufacturing Tester control and Production control applications.
• Running and debugging all Tester, Prober, and Handler platforms in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Test program functionality and interaction with Test equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Communicating and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Semiconductor manufacturing test process and capability.

Expected Salary Range

Salary range: $103,688 – $120,000. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
