Baker Tilly US is seeking a Principal to lead and expand the Oil and Gas / Energy Finance Managed Services practice. The role focuses on building a market-facing finance operations capability, strengthening client relationships, and delivering modernized, resilient financial processes for energy clients.

The ideal candidate will drive strategy, oversee transformation initiatives such as close, reporting, FP&A, and working capital optimization, and position managed services as a strategic partner

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or transformation with energy/oil & gas exposure.
• Proven leadership in building or scaling a practice or service line.
• Deep understanding of finance operating models and managed services solutions.
• Strong track record in business development and executive relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Oil and Gas / Energy Finance Managed Services practice as the senior industry leader.
• Define growth strategy, market priorities, and solution focus for the practice.
• Originate and close new business within the Oil and Gas / Energy sector.
• Shape finance managed services solutions tailored to energy clients.
• Partner with delivery leaders to ensure scalable, outcome-aligned solutions.
