Job summary

You will drive design direction, participate in cross-functional reviews, and champion continuous improvement while ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency for LED driver platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, power electronics, or LED driver design.
• Strong practical EMI/EMC knowledge for FCC Part 15 Class A/B in switching power electronics.
• Hands-on experience with EMI troubleshooting, testing, and pre-compliance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMI/EMC design and pre-compliance reviews for LED driver products.
• Guide cross-functional teams through design reviews, testing, and qualification processes.
• Mentor engineers and establish design best practices across multiple projects.
• Develop and distribute engineering data, schematics, layouts, and quality reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development and manufacturability.
