Qualifications

• 10–20 years of embedded software experience in mission-critical or defense systems.
• Expertise in C programming, with bare-metal experience strongly preferred.
• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide.

Responsibilities

• Spend at least 50% of your time writing and architecting embedded C software.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to early-career engineers.
• Act as the technical owner for program deliverables, ensuring quality.
