Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience.
• Principal Electrical Engineer requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or related) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s in Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical engineering support for AAQ 24 production, sustainment, depot repair, and startup/integration activities, including environmental, acceptance, and qualification testing.
• Perform hands-on electrical troubleshooting and test at system, subsystem, LRU, and component levels using schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering documentation, and electronic lab equipment.
• Analyze electrical failures, manufacturing defects, intermittent issues, and customer returns to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, revise, and maintain engineering documentation and configuration control, including work/repair/test procedures and PLM-driven changes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, suppliers, and customers to resolve technical issues affecting cost, quality, schedule, and reliability.
