Job summary

Davidson is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and secure on-premises CI/CD pipelines. You will work with container orchestration and automation tooling to improve deployment speed and security across air-gapped environments.

The role emphasizes integrating SonarQube, Fortify, and Anchore into CI/CD, plus developing IaC templates and custom scripts to boost efficiency. A strong background in CMake and Conan is essential for automation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher STEM degree with related experience.
• Experience with DevSecOps tooling and secure CI/CD practices.
• Strong knowledge of SCM, code quality, and containerized deployments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and evolve automation processes and infrastructure for on-premises deployments.
• Integrate development pipelines with CMake and Conan and manage build automation.
• Develop test-driven tools to replace manual processes in CI/CD.
• Maintain and advance container orchestration standards (Kubernetes/OpenShift/Rancher).
• Integrate automated code quality and security scanning tools into pipelines.
• Develop IaC scripts to automate provisioning and management tasks.
• Create custom scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce manual effort.
