Job summary

StatusNeo in Austin is seeking a seasoned AWS cloud engineer to design, build, and scale cloud-native platforms and products. You will work on Platform and Product Engineering initiatives with a focus on Cloud Native D3—Digital, Data, DevSecOps—driving innovative software and digital solutions.

You will collaborate in a hybrid work environment, travel as needed, and contribute to enterprise best practices, remote state management, and high availability across global projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AWS cloud engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS CDK using Python.
• Terraform experience (HCL and CDK types).
• Design and create reusable Terraform modules.
• Enterprise best practices including remote state management and HA.
• Strong Python expertise; AWS Lambda + Boto SDK.
• Basic/secondary TypeScript skills.
