Job summary

Nike in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager for Consumer Product & Innovation. You will own strategic, high-impact design tech products, partnering with Design, CP&I, Engineering and Program Management to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead long-term product direction, drive adoption, and collaborate with global teams to align capabilities across footwear, apparel, and accessories. Strong PM experience and design tooling fluency are required.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of product management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
Deep expertise in design tools and product roadmaps.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and shape strategy.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own and lead a critical product roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with Design and Global Technology leadership on strategy and vision.
Discipline-led product discovery, design, delivery, and adoption.
Align with Architecture and Engineering on key decisions.
Drive adoption and track business metrics and KPIs.
