Job summary

eBay’s subsidiary TCGplayer seeks an experienced Design Systems leader to own and evolve the design system across our commerce platform. You will establish the visual language, governance, and reusable components, partnering with Design and Engineering to ensure consistent implementation in Figma and production code.

You will drive modern workflows, including AI-assisted design and design-to-code capabilities, and shape scalable patterns for desktop, web, and mobile while prioritizing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product, UX, Visual, or Experience Design.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale design systems for complex products.
• Strong knowledge of design systems architecture and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve TCGplayer's design system across our commerce ecosystem, establishing the visual language and reusable components.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to implement the design system across Figma and code, improving quality and efficiency.
• Define and maintain design standards, governance, and contribution models to scale with the organization.
• Develop and maintain component libraries, design tokens, and workflows to improve designer productivity.
