Job summary

Katalyst-Healthcares- seeks an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to harden CI/CD pipelines in AWS/Kubernetes environments. You will implement security gates, automation, and GitOps practices using Harness CD, Argo Rollouts, Helm, Docker, and Terraform to deliver reliable deployments.

You'll manage canary, blue-green, and progressive delivery strategies, integrate monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, and enforce RBAC and secret management across cloud-native deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing DevSecOps controls within CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Harness CD and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Strong Kubernetes administration, deployment and production cluster mgmt.
• Built deployment pipelines using Harness and Harness Continuous Verification (CV).
• Expertise in Canary, Blue-Green, Progressive Delivery, and Traffic Splitting strategies.
• Understanding of Argo Rollouts pipelines including: Rollouts, Analysis Templates & Runs, Experiments, Automated. Promotion/Rollback, Deployment Health Validation.
• Experience with Helm Charts, Deployments, Services, Ingress, and CronJobs.
• Experience implementing automated rollback and deployment verification.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization.
• Experience with GitOps-based deployment processes.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes security.
• Experience with Secrets Management, RBAC, and Access Controls.
• Knowledge of container security and vulnerability management.
• Experience integrating security gates into deployment pipelines.
• Experience with cloud networking, load balancing, and ingress.
