Job summary

Responsibilities

• Research and map existing business processes with Management Science and Strategy.
• Resolve ML/AI problems and deliver algorithmic solutions for partners, customers, and finance.
• Collaborate with Retail Science to develop software models that reimagine drivers and decision-making within Walmart US.
• Coordinate with four teams to evaluate partnership, customer, and financial impact of ML/AI programs.
• Lead efforts to improve selection and business models related to ML/AI algorithms.
• Work with testing to design experiments and measure success criteria.
• Model demand and provide analytical support for parameter estimation and optimal trade-offs in weighting algorithms.
• Support development of decision engines by collaborating across multiple business teams.
