Unity Technologies seeks a Principal Data Scientist to own revenue growth in the Ads and AI space. You'll mentor data scientists, lead high-impact ML projects, and stay hands-on with data to drive strategic decisions across supply, demand and customer insights.

You will present analyses to executives, collaborate with PM, Engineering, Sales, and Finance, and guide product roadmaps with data-driven recommendations. This is a technical leadership role with ownership over analytics outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.
• Strong statistical analysis and experimentation practice in Python, R, or equivalent.
• Experience analyzing advertising business or two-sided marketplaces.
• Ability to present analysis to C-level and influence decisions.

• Lead analysis of Unity's ads business to drive revenue and growth.
• Present findings directly to executive leadership and shape follow-on decisions.
