Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models.
• Lead end‑to‑end data science projects, from problem definition to deployment.
• Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization solutions.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and business opportunities.
• Partner with data engineering and software engineering teams to operationalize models.
• Evaluate model performance, reliability, fairness, and interpretability.
• Establish reusable analytical frameworks and technical standards.
• Mentor data scientists and review modeling approaches.
• Present technical findings and business recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical analysis.
• Strong expertise in machine learning and predictive modeling.
• Experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of experimentation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience with cloud-based data science and model deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and version control.
• Strong technical communication, research, and problem‑solving skills.

Education

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
