Job summary

Glocomms, partnered with a leading WealthTech organization, seeks a Principal-level Cybersecurity Architect for a 100% remote role to drive enterprise security strategy and risk management.

You will lead security architecture, AI security programs, and governance across cloud, data, and infrastructure, partnering with stakeholders across the business and technology teams. This senior role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, or security engineering.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud, network, IAM, and application security.
• Experience with AI security, governance programs, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise security architectures, standards, and security-by-design principles.
• Lead security architecture reviews, threat modeling, risk assessments, and security control evaluations.
• Drive AI security, AI governance, and AI risk management initiatives across the organization.
• Design secure cloud, network, infrastructure, IAM, and data security solutions.
• Establish security policies, frameworks, and controls aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee third-party risk assessments, vendor security reviews, and continuous monitoring activities.
• Support data protection initiatives including encryption, key management, DLP, and data governance.
• Partner with Security Operations and Incident Response teams to strengthen organizational resilience.
• Develop security roadmaps, KPIs, KRIs, and executive-level reporting.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to technology & business leadership on cybersecurity strategy.

Glocomms is partnered with a leading WealthTech organization seeking a *100% Remote* Principal-level Cybersecurity Architect to help drive enterprise security strategy, architecture, and risk management initiatives. This individual will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for shaping cybersecurity and AI security programs, defining security standards, and partnering with stakeholders across cloud, infrastructure, engineering, data, and risk functions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise security architectures, standards, and security-by-design principles.
• Lead security architecture reviews, threat modeling, risk assessments, and security control evaluations.
• Drive AI security, AI governance, and AI risk management initiatives across the organization.

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, or security engineering.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud security, network security, IAM, and application security.
• Experience building or supporting AI security and AI governance programs.
• Deep knowledge of NIST, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and related security frameworks.
• Experience with threat modeling, vulnerability management, security audits, and risk management.
• Understanding of data security, software supply chain security, and third-party risk management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executive-facing experience.
• Experience with security automation, Python scripting, analytics, or Power BI is preferred.
