Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Principal Cyber Security Architect/Engineer who will lead cybersecurity solutions design and implementation. This role requires a strong focus on fortifying defenses, collaborating across teams, and staying informed about emerging threats.
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Cyber Security and work in various locations including Houston, TX, on a hybrid schedule. This is a pivotal position driving technical excellence and innovation.
The Principal Cyber Security Architect/Engineer will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cutting‑edge cybersecurity solutions. You will be hands‑on in fortifying defenses against emerging threats and acting as the subject matter expert for technical challenges. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stay informed about emerging technologies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You will report directly to our Director of Cyber Security and will work out of our Phoenix, AZ; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; or Houston, TX locations on a remote work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday‑Friday.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $224,000 – $337,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $224,000 – $337,000. Salary information serves as a general guideline.
