As a Principal CPU Power Modeling Engineer, you will define and drive the strategy, methodology, and execution of CPU power modeling across multiple product segments, including Mobile, Compute, and XR/VR. You will lead the development of benchmark‑driven and workload‑based power modeling frameworks, working closely with product and software teams to model real‑world use cases. Your work will directly influence architecture, design trade‑offs, and product‑level power optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of relevant work experience. OR Master's degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience. OR PhD and 6+ years of relevant work experience.

$211,900.00 - $317,900.00. The above pay scale reflects the minimum to maximum range for this position. In addition, Qualcomm offers a competitive annual discretionary bonus program, annual RSU grants (subject to eligibility), and a comprehensive benefits package.
