Job summary

Nagarro in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Lead/Architect to define strategy and lead end-to-end SAP analytics projects across SAC, BW, HANA, and S/4HANA. This remote role includes travel within the USA and requires strong architecture and leadership skills.

You will partner with Finance, HR, and IT to deliver scalable analytics solutions, mentor analytics teams, and align initiatives with business goals while driving value across global operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP line-of-business processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, etc.).
• Proven experience as SAP Analytics solution architect or team lead with multiple end-to-end SAP analytics implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define the SAP Analytics strategy and roadmap, including migration of legacy analytics environments to SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Lead deployment of SAP BW and BI solutions, focusing on BW on HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Integrate SAC with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Design and build SAC planning models (financial/operational) with calendars, hierarchies, and versions.
• Develop planning logic using Data Actions, Multi Actions, Advanced Formulas, allocations, spreading, and driver-based planning.
• Participate in SAP BI/BW and S/4HANA projects: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post go-live support.

Job Description:

• We are seeking SAP Analytics Team Lead with strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP analytics solution architecture.
• The ideal candidate has led multiple full lifecycle SAP analytics implementations across SAC, BW, HANA, and S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the SAP Analytics strategy and roadmap, including migration of legacy analytics environments to SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Lead deployment of SAP BW and BI solutions, with a focus on BW on HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere where applicable.
• Integrate SAC with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Design and build SAC planning models (financial and/or operational), including time dimensions, calendars, hierarchies, and versions (Budget, Actual, Rolling Forecast).
• Develop planning logic using Data Actions, Multi Actions, Advanced Formulas, allocations, spreading, and driver-based planning.
• Participate in SAP BI/BW and S/4HANA projects: requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and post go-live support.
• Design and manage SAP HANA data extraction from SAP BW, SAP ECC, and non-SAP sources (e.g., SLT, Data Services, direct connections) to enable high-performance analytics.
• Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, etc.) to define requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Manage and mentor IT analytics application teams, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align analytics initiatives with business needs and clearly communicate the value of global analytics solutions.

Qualifications

Must have skills:
