Job summary

Nagarro is seeking an SAP Analytics Team Lead/Architect to drive strategy and delivery for SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA, and S/4HANA projects. This remote role with USA travel requires leading end-to-end implementations and collaborating with finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

You will mentor analytics teams, shape architecture across SAC, HANA, and Data Services, and ensure high-performance data extraction and integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong SAC expertise across architecture and design.
• Proven end-to-end SAP analytics implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define the SAP Analytics strategy and roadmap, including migration to SAC.
• Lead deployment of BW/BI solutions, BW on HANA and SAC.
• Integrate SAC with BW/4HANA, HANA and S/4HANA.
• Design and build SAC planning models with calendars, hierarchies and versions.
• Develop planning logic using Data Actions, Multi Actions, and advanced formulas.
• Participate in SAP BI/BW and S/4HANA projects: requirements, config, testing, go-live support.
• Design and manage SAP HANA data extraction from BW, ECC, and non-SAP sources.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and IT to deliver actionable insights.
• Mentor analytics application teams and foster a results-driven culture.

Role - SAP Analytics Solution Lead/Architect

Job Description:

• We are seeking SAP Analytics Team Lead with strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP analytics solution architecture.
• The ideal candidate has led multiple full lifecycle SAP analytics implementations across SAC, BW, HANA, and S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the SAP Analytics strategy and roadmap, including migration of legacy analytics environments to SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Lead deployment of SAP BW and BI solutions, with a focus on BW on HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere where applicable.
• Integrate SAC with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Design and build SAC planning models (financial and/or operational), including time dimensions, calendars, hierarchies, and versions (Budget, Actual, Rolling Forecast).
• Develop planning logic using Data Actions, Multi Actions, Advanced Formulas, allocations, spreading, and driver-based planning.
• Participate in SAP BI/BW and S/4HANA projects: requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and post go-live support.
• Design and manage SAP HANA data extraction from SAP BW, SAP ECC, and non-SAP sources (e.g., SLT, Data Services, direct connections) to enable high-performance analytics.
• Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, etc.) to define requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Manage and mentor IT analytics application teams, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align analytics initiatives with business needs and clearly communicate the value of global analytics solutions.

Qualifications

Must have skills:

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in SAP.
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (Expert), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Application Design (Expert), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting (Expert), SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (Expert), SAP Data Sphere BDC.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP line-of-business processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, etc.).
• Proven experience as SAP Analytics solution architect or team lead with multiple end-to-end SAP analytics implementations.
