Job summary

Netgain seeks a Principal Consultant for Operating Apps to lead client implementations of NetRental and NetLessor, spanning consulting, enablement, and partner support. Based in Denver or Lehi, this hybrid role accelerates delivery and knowledge transfer while scaling a repeatable model.

You will manage multiple projects, develop knowledge-center content, and build partner training courses, while guiding clients through setup, design decisions, and best practices in NetSuite finance processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on NetSuite consulting or implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.
• Experience in a consulting, enablement, or partner-facing role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations and limited scope consulting for Operating Apps products (NetRental & NetLessor).
• Manage day-to-day project execution including technical design, deployment, documentation and training materials.
• Develop and maintain Knowledge Center articles and enablement collateral.
• Build partner implementation training courses and keep materials current with product functionality.
• Serve as the dedicated consultant to partners running implementations and provide guidance.

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT – Operating AppsLocation: Denver, CO / Lehi, UTCompensation: $104,000-156,000Position Summary:The Operating Apps team operates as a startup within a startup inside Netgain. As we scale a portfolio of complex, vertically focused NetSuite applications, we're looking for a self-starter who can help us build a repeatable, scalable delivery model from the ground up.This is a multi-faceted role spanning three areas: hands-on professional services consulting, product enablement, and dedicated partner support. You will move fluidly between direct client work, building the knowledge base and training materials that scale our team, and serving as a named resource to the partners implementing our products.
