Job summary

Terraphase Engineering Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to manage site investigation and remediation projects. The ideal candidate will have LSP certification, an advanced degree in Engineering, Geology, or related fields, and over 15 years of experience in the Environmental industry.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $200,000 based on experience and expertise.

The Role

• Direct and manage site investigation and remediation projects compliant with MA regulations;
• Provide LSP certification for MCP projects;
• Provide technical and project management leadership for projects across the nation;
• Lead and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients;
• Client management
• Project management
• Identify and recruit key staff for growth;
• Identify and implement growth strategies;
• Prepare project cost proposals and other deliverables;
• Lead national RFP responses.

Who You Are

• LSP Certification
• Hold an advanced degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a similar field.
• 15+ years of experience in the Environmental industry
• State and federal-level regulatory expertise is required.
• Demonstrate strong written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills
• Established knowledge of the consulting field, with geographic knowledge of clientele and environmental consulting industry.
• Prior project management experience, business development skills, experience with state and federal environmental regulations/agencies, and a strong relationship with industrial and commercial clients are required.
• PFAS experience preferred

Compensation and Details

Compensation for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, technical education, and geographic location.

Pay Range

$145,000 - $200,000 USD
