Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Consultant to help design, build/configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. The role involves consulting on service line workflow, guiding clients through interdependencies, providing solution oversight, and leading implementation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on service line workflow, guiding them through interdependencies and design decision impacts.
• Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
• Drive client‑specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and recommend improvements.
• Mitigate solution risks and issues.
• Execute workflow and process improvement strategies.
• Lead client meetings and events.
• Drive internal team initiatives.
• Operate independently to provide quality work products and apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
• Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
• Act as team lead on projects and consult with customer organization management.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined work experience and completed higher education.
• At least 2 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, support, or other client‑facing IT solution work.
• 3+ years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles, including knowledge and experience with Oracle Health FirstNet products.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to the position.

Expectations

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
• Willing to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed, within local regulations.
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
• Understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to report any compromises of security.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $71,200 – $158,200 per year, potentially eligible for bonus and equity.
