Job description

We're on a journey to advance how health happens with technologies that empower patients, support clinicians, inspire innovation, and save lives. Our mission? To create a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.
It's a big challenge, but big challenges are what we do best. We're already transforming some of the world's largest health systems - helping them turn data into lifesaving decisions and better patient care.
We want people just as dedicated as we are to improving health equity and delivering quality care across the globe. If you're excited about making healthcare more human, you've come to the right place.

As a Principal Consultant at Oracle Health, you will consult with customers to deliver optimization and AI-focused consulting services on the Strategic Consulting Clinicals team. These projects are intended to achieve a measurable outcome as quickly as possible in way that engages the end-users in the process of delivering Oracle Health's Model Experience.
You will consult with customers on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders, drive customer-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to customers and mitigate solution risks and issues. Lastly, you will execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead customers meetings and events and drive internal team initiatives.
