Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale cloud modernization initiatives.
• Partner with senior business, technology, architecture, security, and infra leaders to define strategy, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end program execution, managing scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Build and lead high-performing engineering and delivery teams across multiple technology domains.
• Establish cloud architecture patterns, engineering standards, and operational best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet security, resiliency, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation, CI/CD, IaC, observability, and cloud operating models.
• Mentor engineering managers, architects, and senior engineers.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS preferred).
• Cloud security, networking, and identity management concepts.
• Deep expertise in AWS services and cloud‑native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develops the engineering approach for the entire program/portfolio solution and works with Architecture to deliver technical enablers.
• Leads the planning, definition, and design of complex features spanning multiple teams.
• Creates ideas on designing complex technology and solution development approaches.
• Leads technical oversight for solution development including design reviews and coding within own domain.
• Defines the technology tool stack for the solution within approved technologies.
• Explores state-of-the-art technologies to improve development efficiencies, testing, and release management.
• Leads end-to-end test strategy, creation, and adherence, and integrates teams for a program/portfolio solution.
• Leads the DNA ARC Cloud platform supporting critical regulatory functions including CAT.
• Drives AWS cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-native architecture initiatives.
• Provides technical leadership for architecture, engineering, and platform strategy.
• Manages delivery execution, risks, dependencies, and program outcomes.
• Partners with business and technology stakeholders to meet regulatory objectives.
• Implements cloud engineering best practices, automation, and IaC using Terraform.
