Job summary

Veristat seeks a Principal Clinical Data Manager to lead data management from study start-up through database lock, ensuring data quality and documentation across multiple projects. You will mentor CDMs, train staff, and drive standard processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field & 7+ years of relevant experience; at least 5 years’ experience in clinical data management and 4 years leading project teams.
  • Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable regulatory rules and medical terminology.
  • Experience with CRO industry relationships and regulatory obligations.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring skills, and ability to guide project teams to outcomes.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with competing priorities and act as a thought partner to management.
  • Expert level skills in clinical trial databases and applications with a drive to learn new systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

This hiring range is specific to the USA and will vary for other regions based upon local market data.
