NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara is seeking a Principal Business System Analyst for Engineering Operations to help scale planning, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise platforms and AI initiatives.

You will partner with engineering leaders to translate strategic priorities into execution plans, improve operating practices, and lead programs from planning through launch and adoption. The base salary range is 196,000 USD to 310,500 USD per year, with equity and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 15+ years in engineering operations.
• Experience leading engineering operations, technical programs, or complex enterprise portfolios.
• Proven track record improving planning and execution across multiple teams.
• Ability to influence senior collaborators and drive accountability across interpersonal boundaries.
• Experience defining metrics and translating data into recommendations.
• Clear communication with concise executive reporting on risks and tradeoffs.
• Proficiency with enterprise platforms and AI-enabled experiences.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience with 15+ years experience.
• Significant experience leading engineering operations, technical programs, or complex enterprise technology portfolios.
• A track record of improving planning and execution across multiple engineering teams.
• Excellent judgment in prioritization, resource planning, dependency management, and navigating ambitious commitments.
• Ability to influence senior collaborators, build alignment, and drive accountability across interpersonal boundaries.
• Experience defining meaningful metrics and translating data into recommendations and decisions.
• Clear communication, including concise executive reporting and recommendations on risks and tradeoffs.
• Technical proficiency across enterprise platforms, software delivery, and AI-enabled experiences.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
