Amazon's Omni-Channel and Multi-Publisher advertising team is building the future of agentic-driven, objective-based advertising products and capabilities. We enable advertisers to run campaigns across display, audio, video, streaming TV and devices with minimal creative assets, a timeline, and a budget.
As a Principal Tech Business Developer, you will partner with Sales, Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive adoption, revenue growth, and roadmap alignment
Amazon's Omni-Channel and Multi-Publisher advertising team is building the future of agentic-driven, objective-based advertising products and capabilities that enable any advertiser, in any country, in any vertical, with any objective to create a campaign using only industry-standard creative assets, a timeline, and a budget. We make it possible for that advertiser to run across any media - display, audio, video, streaming TV and devices - even if they don't have a creative asset for that media. We enable their campaigns to run across all our supply with a single click - all our 1P or O&O properties but also the vast 3P supply available on the Amazon DSP. We develop AI-based insights and tools that help advertisers understand how our solutions help achieve their marketing objectives, with improved performance, lower cost, and less friction and complexity.
As a Principal Tech Business Developer, you'll shape the future of omni-channel and multi-publisher advertising by working directly with key advertisers and agencies to educate them on our capabilities and identify opportunities to grow adoption and revenue across our products and capabilities. You will work closely with Sales, Go-to-Market, and Product Marketing teams to deliver revenue commitments. You will also partner with Product and Engineering peers to translate customer needs and opportunities into product roadmaps and drive customer adoption. You will work across and have the opportunity to influence the entire Amazon ads stack and represent our team in front of senior leadership. This is a true 1-of-1 opportunity that offers unparalleled visibility and career upside for the right candidate.
The role requires approximately 25% travel, and you’ll work from one of our team hubs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, direct team, and leadership.
Your day blends strategic leadership, customer engagement, and collaboration. You'll start by analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities, then lead meetings with Sales and Product Marketing to design roadshows, trainings, and webinars that showcase our latest advancements. Midday, you'll present roadmap updates and performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities. Throughout the week, you'll engage with advertisers and agencies to understand their challenges, translate those insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Engineering teams, and participate in cross-functional offsites to debate and prioritize the most impactful products for the next quarter's roadmap. You'll have the opportunity to work in-person with your team, driving alignment and execution as initiatives move from concept to market success. This role requires approximately 25% travel to meet with key stakeholders and drive adoption.
