Job summary

Lee Montessori in Brookland Campus is seeking a Principal to shape an inclusive learning environment aligned with Equity, Growth, Bravery, Joy, and Grace. You will lead the academic vision and work toward excellence across classrooms and programs.

You will collaborate with staff, families, and the community to ensure equitable outcomes and nurture a strong, joyful team of educators in a leading public Montessori school.

Qualifications

• Two years of effective school leadership, with Montessori settings experience.
• Master’s or doctorate in education.
• At least five years of teaching experience.
• Montessori certification lead-guide experience preferred.
