Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to lead the technical direction of the Thunderbolt platform within the Platform COE. You will influence software design directions, guide engineering teams, and collaborate with customers to translate requirements into robust solutions in safety-critical avionics.

This senior role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, Systems or Computer Science and 10+ years in systems engineering, with excellent communication and the ability to work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as Engineering, Systems or Computer Science degree.
10+ years of experience in systems engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Knowledge of change management practices and diverse/global teaming.
