Capital One National Association in McLean, VA is seeking a Principal Associate on the GPN Tech Finance Team to shape the long-term strategic vision and investment needs for the organization. You will deliver financial insights to influence strategy and support executive decisions.

As a Principal Associate on the newly formed Global Payments Network (GPN) Tech Finance Team, you will be a strategic advisor for Tech as we build the long term strategic vision and investment needs for the organization.
You will identify and utilize financial insights to help influence strategy, prioritization, and outcomes. This role requires strategic thinking and executive level communication as you directly support members of the GPN Tech leadership team. You will have the opportunity to build relationships across EFA, GPN Finance, GPN Tech, and GPN Business, and work collaboratively to deliver on strategic agendas.

McLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900 for Principal Financial Analyst New York, NY: $131,800 - $150,500 for Principal Financial Analyst
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
