Capital One is looking for a Principal Associate, Compensation to join our Total Rewards team. We are looking for proven leadership candidates who are detailed, results-oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The Compensation Principal Associate will design, plan and implement compensation programs, policies and procedures for our Commercial & Financial Services teams.
