Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering, developer productivity, or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience deploying AI-assisted development tooling across multiple engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with at least two tools such as GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Cursor, Claude Code, Kiro, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt design, RAG, model evaluation, cost optimization, and AI security.
• Deep experience with modern CI/CD platforms and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong background in APIs, distributed systems, observability, and developer platforms.
• Ability to influence senior technical stakeholders and communicate effectively with executives.

We are hiring a Principal Architect, AI & Developer Productivity to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered engineering tools across a large software portfolio.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role for someone who has successfully deployed AI-assisted development tools into production and can demonstrate measurable improvements in developer productivity, software quality, and cycle time.
