Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking an expert in analog and mixed-signal IC design for Automotive Ethernet products. You will drive architecture, simulate and model circuits, and supervise layout planning, delivering robust silicon-backed solutions.

Responsibilities include lab characterization, silicon debug, design reviews, and precise documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure verification, production testing, reliability, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years or MS with 8+ years in relevant field.
• Strong fundamentals in analog, linear circuit design, high speed design.
• Proven track record bringing high performance analog modules from concept to production.
• Experience with data converters (ADC/DAC), amplifiers, filters, references, regulators, PLLs and clocking circuits with silicon working.
• Bidirectional analog front ends and signal processing concepts are desirable.
• FinFET technology node design experience preferred.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications and Skills to Help You Succeed

• PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience, or MS EE with 8+ years of experience
• Solid fundamentals in analog, linear circuit design, high speed design
• Proven track record of bringing high performance analog modules from concept to production
• Experience in multiple areas of design of data converters (ADC/DAC), amplifiers, filters, references, regulators, PLLs and clocking circuits and high linearity transmit drivers, with demonstrated working silicon
• Experience with bidirectional analog front ends and signal processing concepts are highly desirable
• Design experience in FinFet technology nodes is preferred
• Clarity in communication and presentation

Compensation & Benefits

In the United States, it is required to disclose a salary range to applicants. The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is:San Jose, CA – Minimum of $190,600 Salary per year / Maximum of $262,100 Salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
