Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a Principal Consultant, Air Quality, based in Ohio, to shape strategic growth and lead high‑value projects. You will guide environmental compliance programs for industrial clients, influence technology, energy, and chemical sector engagements, and mentor teams to expand ERM’s Midwest footprint.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of federal and state air regulations.
• BS in engineering or related discipline; equivalent experience accepted.
• 6+ years in air quality consulting; 12 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic market plans for ERM’s air quality services.
• Lead complex air permitting and compliance programs for industrial clients.
• Serve as trusted advisor to maintain client operating flexibility.
• Manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules with precision.
• Expand ERM’s profile through technical excellence and business development.
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff, fostering growth.
• Collaborate globally to deliver innovative air quality solutions.
• Support cross-selling of ERM’s broader service offerings.
