The Role

We're the call a CEO makes when they're ready to lead their industry into the age of AI — and the Principal is who answers.

Think of this function as a fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer for our clients. The expectation is for you to become the CEO's right hand and trusted confidant — the primary executive counterpart who helps them move their company into the AI era from a position of strength. It's a role closer to a partner at a top firm than a typical sales or delivery seat.

You'll own the full arc. You win the business, embed with the CEO to find where AI changes the game, and mobilize a team of world-class PMs and engineers to deliver results — not slideware. Our Principals drive the company's revenue, and they earn it on insight and Applied AI expertise.

What You'll Do

• Win the business. Convert warm, high-intent executive relationships — sourced through our consortium and Anthropic — into signed engagements. Bring the judgement to qualify hard, the credibility to earn trust fast, and the finesse to negotiate and close.
• Become the CEO's fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer. Embed with leadership as their trusted advisor on AI, diagnosing where the real opportunity is and shaping a path the business will actually act on.
• Mobilize delivery. Stand up engagements quickly and keep them pointed at outcomes. We're more Palantir than McKinsey — you orchestrate the work that ships value, not decks that sit on a shelf.
• Own and grow the relationship. Stay the executive counterpart well past the first project, deepening trust and expanding the partnership over time.

What You Bring

• You earn executive trust fast. CEOs and their leadership teams come to see you as the right hand they call first. You're crisp and compelling in the room and on the page, with any audience.
• Relentless learning agility and unmatched curiosity. You have a track record of ramping quickly and becoming an expert across a wide range of technical and industry topics. You don't need to be an Applied AI expert on day one — you do need the curiosity and horsepower to become an expert within 90 days, engage technical leaders as a peer, and turn pattern-matching across many engagements into a compounding advantage.
• Strategic and business acumen. You see where AI creates real enterprise value and translate it into a path a business will move on.
• You're relationship-driven. You build durable, high-trust relationships and own them for the long term — through the engagement and well beyond.
• You're a partner teams want. Engineers and PMs are genuinely glad to have you in the room. You bring senior judgment and help resolve blockers.
• Revenue instinct. You recognize the right moments to advance and win business, and you have the commercial drive, urgency and finesse to close.

The estimated compensation range for this role is $400K – $450K • Offers Equity
