The Principal AI Solutions Engineer supports FormFactor's AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives by designing, developing, deploying, and supporting software solutions that leverage artificial intelligence, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and advanced analytics. This is a hands‑on software engineering role requiring experience building production‑ready applications, developing code, integrating systems, working with APIs, and delivering scalable business solutions. The successful candidate will leverage cloud platforms, enterprise technologies, and approved AI capabilities to improve business processes, productivity, and decision making across the organization. The role partners closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, and IT to identify opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver value through the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, governance, and support.

$132,400.00 - $173,775.00
This role in Lexington, Kentucky pays between $132,400.00 and $173,775.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You’ll also be eligible for quarterly profit‑sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
